I haven't always been the person standing in front of you today.
For most of my life I was the strong one. The one who held it all together — for my children, my family, my career, everyone who needed me. I became a parent at twenty with no partner and no roadmap. I worked three jobs and put myself through college. I rose in corporate. I kept showing up.
But on the inside? I was exhausted in a way that had nothing to do with sleep. Running on survival. Hitting the same ceiling over and over no matter how hard I pushed, wondering why all the effort never seemed to translate into the life I knew was possible for me.
And through all of it — the building and the breaking, the caregiving and the loss — I kept thinking the problem was me.
That I just needed more discipline. More willpower. More faith. More time.
But nothing really shifted — until I stopped pushing and started paying attention.

In 2019, in the middle of one of the heaviest seasons of my life, I discovered the work of Bob Proctor and Sandy Gallagher.
And for the first time, I understood something that changed everything:
We do not choose what is good for us. We choose what is familiar.
The problem was never my effort. It was my paradigm — the invisible belief system I had been handed long before I had a say in it, quietly running my results, my relationships, and my sense of what was possible.
That was the moment the ceiling cracked open.
I was not the sum of what had happened to me.
And neither are you.

I didn't find change through pushing harder, starting over, or reading one more book.
I found it through understanding — at a deep, cellular level — who I had been conditioned to believe I was, and making the decision to become someone new.
In 2024 I left corporate. I have released 65 pounds — not just weight, but the last armor of a person who spent decades protecting herself. I found my way back to God. I built a life I chose instead of one I survived into.
Not because I had hardened. Because I had finally learned how to be held — by myself.
Now I guide others through the same transformation — as a PGI Coach delivering Thinking Into Results, the methodology developed by Bob Proctor and Sandy Gallagher that has changed lives around the world.
Here's the truth I've come to believe:
Most of us don't need to be fixed. We need to see — clearly, maybe for the first time — what has been running the show. And then we need someone to walk alongside us while we choose differently.

If you are ready to stop surviving and start rising — and you don't want to figure it out alone — I am here.
And I am ready to lead you and love you — until you find your own way of leading and loving yourself.
Let's talk about what's possible. Let's talk about you.
"Words can't express how thankful I am for our paths being connected. You have truly made me a better person."
— Mitchell, SD
"I'm reminded how much your words and guidance have impacted me. You helped me have faith and trust in myself to do things I never thought I could. Thank you, Crystal."
— Robby, MN
"Thinking Into Results didn't just change what I do. It changed how I think about myself — and that has changed everything."
— Dan C.
